Korean-Style Grilled Chicken
Ingredients
  • 1kg (2 lb) chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp gochujang*
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp finely grated ginger
  • 3 garlic cloves, finely grated grated
  • ½ cup finely chopped spring onions (scallions)
  • finely grated zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp black sesame seeds
  • ½ tsp chilli flakes
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • steamed rice to serve
