Chew-Me Oat Fruit Bars
Ingredients
  • 1½ cups rolled oats
  • ½ cup wholemeal/plain flour
  • ¾ cup dried fruit, finely chopped (I used cranberries and raisins)
  • ½ overripe banana
  • ½ grated apple
  • 2 tbsp wheat germ (optional)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1¼ cup milk
  • 1 egg, beaten
