Asparagus & Snow Pea Stir-Fry
Ingredients
  • 2 tbs vegetable oil 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 100 g fresh root ginger, peeled and thinly shredded
  • 2 cloves large garlic, thinly sliced
  • 4  spring onions, diagonally sliced
  • 250 grams thin asparagus spears, cut into 3 cm lengths
  • 150 g snow peas, cut in half diagonally
  • 150 g bean sprouts 150 grams bean sprouts
  • 3 ½ tbs light soy sauce (save ½ tbs to serve)
  • 500 g rice, steamed (to serve)
