  • 1 sprig rosemary wrapped with butcher's twine to hold needles in
  • 8 carrots large diced
  • 3 lb baby Yukon gold potatoes washed, kept whole
  • 1 ½ qts beef bone broth
  • olive oil
  • to taste salt and pepper
