  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp red pepper chili flakes (or more if you like it hot)
  • 1 (7 oz.) medium zucchini, diced
