  • 1.5 tsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper Powder (**optional, skip if you are intolerant to heat)
  • 2 Bay leaf
  • 5 garlic (**roughly chopped)
  • For Cooking the Pork Adobo:
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 4 garlic (**whole garlic cloves)
  • 3 tbsp Avocado oil (**or any neutral oil)
  • Liquid
  • 1/2 cup water
