  • 2 large potatoes, peeled and cut up
  • 1 med. red bell pepper chopped
  • 1 small onion, roughly chopped
  • 1 C. baby carrots
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • ½ tsp. each salt and pepper
  • ¼ tsp. dried thyme
  • ½ C. water
  • ½ C. ketchup
  • ½ C. bbq sauce
