Ingredients
  • 2 cups Fresh Corn (From 2 fresh corns)
  • 1 cup Chopped bell pepper (Have used red and green)
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 1 tsp Grated Garlic
  • 1 and ½ cup Chopped Potatoes (I've used red potatoes)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp Butter (Use oil for vegan)
  • 2 Bay leaves
  • 1 cup Half and Half (Use coconut milk for Vegan)
  • 1 cup Grated cheese (I have used Pepper jack cheese. Skip or use vegan cheese to make it Vegan)
  • 2 tbsp All Purpose flour
  • 3 cups Water
  • Cilantro or chives for garnishing
