Gluten-Free Apple Crisp
Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • ½ cup rolled oats gluten-free certified if necessary
  • ½ cup gluten free all purpose flour blend with or without xanthan gum
  • ½ cup granulated sugar of choice I like to use coconut sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  •  
  • ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground cloves
  • ½ cup butter cubed, salted or unsalted
