Ingredients
  • ¾ cup of all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup of yellow cornmeal (it's okay to use white cornmeal, but I prefer yellow)
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • ¼ cup of butter, MELTED
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 ¼ cup of buttermilk
  • 3 tbsp. oil (I prefer Canola oil)
