This is a Trim Healthy Mama Community Submitted Recipe from Destiny Ramsey!! Destiny says: "THM pancakes are my favorite but sometimes I have to chill on the dairy. My tummy will only allow so much. This is a great Dairy Free pancake! They turn out very fluffy!! "
Ingredients
  • 2 cups oat flour (or ground old fashioned oats)
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 4 oz unsweetened applesauce (or a single serve cup)
  • 3 Tbsp THM Super Sweet Blend
  • 1/4 tsp mineral salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp aluminum free baking powder
  • 3/4 cup egg white (s) (carton is fine)
  • coconut oil spray
