Simple Thai Peanut Sauce (Perfect for Veggies!)

Steps
  1. In a medium skillet over medium heat, add oil and garlic. Saute about 30 seconds or until fragrant. Reduce heat to low and add peanut butter, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, lime juice, ginger and Sambal. Whisk to combine and add water as needed.
  2. This Thai peanut sauce is awesome in fresh rolls (made with rice paper and crunchy vegetables) or with a veggie stir fry. You can thin it out with some water or vegetable broth and use it as a salad dressing. We even like it as a protein packed sandwich spread!
