Garlic Sauce
Ingredients
  • 1 cup tahini
  • Juice from ½ lemon
  • 4 to 5 large garlic cloves
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ cup cold water
Steps
  1. Blend in a small blender - will be quite thick and you will need to add more cold water - add 1 to 2 tbsp at a time until desired thickness
  2. Taste and add more lemon juice/salt if needed. If extra salty - don’t worry as flavor will mellow once on the shawarma.
