  • 1 ⅛ Cup Warm Water-265 ml *About 105 to 110F IMPORTANT (40.5C)
  • 2 tablespoon oil Any oil you want. I like Olive Oil.
  • 1 Cup Vital Wheat Gluten
  • ½ Cup Coconut Flour
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1.5 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 2 teaspoon Erythritol *Optional and use any sweetener you like
  • ¼ teaspoon xanthan gum * optional. Provides structure for sturdy bread
