Spinach Artichoke Dip (Video)
Ingredients
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits such as Pillsbury
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil for brushing biscuits
  • ½ cup Parmesan grated
  • 1 ½ cups Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Ricotta
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened to room temperature
  • ½ cup mayonnaise I used olive oil mayo
  • 12 oz frozen spinach defrosted, drained well and chopped
  • 14 oz can artichoke hearts drained and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt or to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper or to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes or to taste
