Ingredients
  • 904 g cream cheese
  • 200 g sugar (1 cup Splenda )
  • 6 eggs
  • 10 g vanilla extract
  • 260 g whipping cream
  • Graham crumbs for topping (optional)
  • 2 ounces of syrup flavor or to taste (optional)
  • Fill each jar with 130g
Steps
  1. Combine all ingredients in food processor. Fill 4 ounce jars. Sous vide at 176 degrees Fahrenheit for 90 minutes. Once cool you can top with graham crumbs.
