- 6 eggs
- 10 g vanilla extract
- 260 g whipping cream
- Graham crumbs for topping (optional)
- 2 ounces of syrup flavor or to taste (optional)
- Fill each jar with 130g
Steps
- Combine all ingredients in food processor. Fill 4 ounce jars. Sous vide at 176 degrees Fahrenheit for 90 minutes. Once cool you can top with graham crumbs.
