  • 3 cloves garlic Minced
  • 2 ¼ cups chicken broth divided - 2 cups and ¼ cup
  • 1 Tbs tomato paste
  • 1 ½ tsp dried thyme
  • 1 ½ tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 cup diced carrots about 3 large carrots
  • 1 lb Yukon Gold potatoes 2 to 3 medium potatoes
  • 1 Cup frozen peas
  • ½ Cup frozen corn
  • 1 to 2 Tbs flour
  • 2 Tbs butter
