  • 1⁄2 - 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (Tabasco or cayenne pepper or to your taste.)
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
  • 1⁄2 cup canned corn or ½ cup frozen corn
  • 1⁄4 - 1⁄2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups okra, sliced (fresh or frozen)
  • 1⁄2 - 1 lb shrimp, cleaned & shells off
