So I found a little bottle of cognac and decided to use it. What I did was: Rosemary Cognac Gravy. In a saucepan, mix 2 Tbs flour & 2 Tbs oil and cook into a roux. Add 2 cups beef broth, 2 sprigs of Rosemary and some salt and pepper. Stir until nice and thick. Add more broth if needed. Add 1 to 2 Tbs of Cognac as desired.
