  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • Creole seasoning to taste
  • 1 ½ tablespoons dried basil
  • ¼ cup red or white wine
  • Buttermilk biscuits
