Vegan ranch dressing
Ingredients
  • ⅔ cup oil
  • ⅓ cup PLAIN soy milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 tsp dry parsley or herb of choice or 1 TBS fresh herbs
  • ¾ tsp garlic powder or 1 clove of fresh garlic
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 3 tsp white vinegar
  • 3 to 4 TBS water until desired thickness
  • Fresh ground pepper to taste
Steps
  1. Put all the ingredients except for the water into a blender (or immersion blender)
  2. STEP 2
  3. Blend for about 30 seconds
  4. STEP 3
  5. Add water a tablespoon at a time, blending between each one until desired thickness
  6. STEP 4
  7. Store in an air tight container or bottle
Notes
  • Dry ingredients will have a more mild flavor
