Ingredients
  • 4 pieces of cod, thawed if frozen
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Lawry’s Garlic Salt
  • 4 large Basil leaves: Chiffonade
  • Lemon wedge
  • Place the Cod in an 8×8 baking dish and season lightly, on both sides, with the salt, pepper and Lawry’s seasonings. Sprinkle the shredded basil over the fish and give each piece of fish a light squeeze of lemon. Cover with wrap and place in the refrigerator until the cheese mixture is ready.

  • ¼ Cup of chopped green onion
  • ¼ Cup Mayonnaise
  • 5 Tablespoons Butter
  • Dash of Cholula Hot Sauce: Original Recipe
  • ¾ Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • Pinch of Salt and Pepper
  • Pinch of Lawry’s Garlic Salt
  • Pinch of Dried Dill
  • Juice of 1 lemon Wedge
