Focaccia - Gluten Free
Ingredients
  • 3½ C (1¼ C) Gluten Free All Purpose Flour
  • 1½ C (¾ C) warm water
  • 1 tsp (½ tsp) salt
  • 1 TB (½ TB) active dry yeast
  • 3 TB (1½ TB) olive oil
Steps
  1. Add yeast to warm water;
  2. Mix all ingredients together with mixer for 1.5 minutes.
  3. Grease and spread into half sheet rectangular pan.
  4. Cover and let rise 1 hour. Preheat oven to 375°.
  5. Add toppings of your choice and cook 30 minutes or until lightly browned on top.
