Ingredients
  • I didn’t have the recipe, but this is what I did because your photo looks so good and I was hungry! I used my Vidalia chopper to chop a small yellow onion, a small green zucchini, a few sweet peppers, some olives, and mushrooms. I put all the veggies in a large, mixing bowl, and added a couple teaspoons of garlic powder and onion powder, a large tablespoon of Italian seasoning, a 6 ounce can of tomato paste, about ⅓ cup of nutritional yeast, enough oats to be about 50 to 50 with the vegetables and some water to moisten everything, but not too much because I didn’t want it to be mushy. I mixed it all together and tossed it in a 13 x 9“ pan, baked it for about 45 minutes at 375. My home smells so delicious and it turned out fantastic. Really tasty!
