  • 4 Tbsp. unsalted butter, room temperature, cut into pieces
  • 1 tsp. vegetable oil
  • FILLING AND ASSEMBLY
  • All-purpose flour or bread flour (for surface)
  • ½ cup mayonnaise, preferably Kewpie
  • 1 cup pork floss
  • ¼ cup thinly sliced scallions
  • 2 Tbsp. furikake
  • Nonstick vegetable oil spray
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 Tbsp. milk or heavy cream
  • 1 tsp. toasted sesame seeds
