Ingredients
  • put a quarter of a cup of a few different kinds of dried beans in the IP, cover with an inch of water.
  • Pressure cook for 25 minutes.
  • While that's happening, brown some ground beef and ground turkey in olive oil and cut up some veggies - celery, onion, carrot. When the beans are done, add the browned meet, the veggies, a box of Pomi diced tomatoes, a cup or two of beef or veggie stock, some chili powder, some cumin, some cilantro and some Italian seasonings (use your imagination!). If you like spicy, add a half teaspoon of sriracha. Pressure cook another 25 minutes. Heaven!!!
