Protein Cheesecake
Ingredients
  • 12 Ounces Fat Free Cream Cheese (339g)
  • 12 Ounces Plain Fat Free Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • ¼ Teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Scoops Protein Powder (60g) (I prefer vanilla)
  • ⅓ cup stevia
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Steps
  1. Pre-heat over to 325º
  2. Mix ingredients well. Place in 9 inch round pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  3. Bake 30 min at 325º, then lower temp to 200º for another 60 minutes. Let it cool for 30 minutes, then place in fridge for no less than 2 hours
