Serve these dumplings with a delicious soup or flavorful broth.

These dumplings can be made ahead and refrigerated or frozen until you are ready for some soup!
  • 1 C coconut flour
  • 2 T psyllium husk fiber
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp thyme
  • 1/2 C chicken or beef broth
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder (opt)
  1. In a medium sized bowl, mix the eggs, salt, coconut flour, psyllium husks, baking powder and thyme.
  2. Mix until sticky and well-blended.
  3. Add a little broth until the dough sticks together.
  4. Shape into dumplings with hands.
  5. With the soup or broth at a simmer, add the dumplings.
  6. Cover the soup and cook for 20-30 minutes.
  7. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
