- Seasoning of your choice
Steps
- Set up your sous vide - set for 151 F.
- Season chicken breasts and place in a vacuum bag(s).
- Vacuum seal bag(s).
- Place bag(s) in the sous vide for 1.5 hours (90 minutes).
- Remove bag(s) from the sous vide water bath.
- Remove chicken from bag(s) and pat dry - they will be hot!
- Heat a cast iron skillet to about 500 F and coat with olive oil.
- Place chicken breasts in the skillet. Brown chicken about 1 to 2 minutes per side.
- Enjoy!!
