Chicken Breast - Boneless and Skinless

Ingredients
  • Chicken Breast - Boneless and Skinless
  • Seasoning of your choice
Steps
  1. Set up your sous vide - set for 151 F.
  2. Season chicken breasts and place in a vacuum bag(s).
  3. Vacuum seal bag(s).
  4. Place bag(s) in the sous vide for 1.5 hours (90 minutes).
  5. Remove bag(s) from the sous vide water bath.
  6. Remove chicken from bag(s) and pat dry - they will be hot!
  7. Heat a cast iron skillet to about 500 F and coat with olive oil.
  8. Place chicken breasts in the skillet.  Brown chicken about 1 to 2 minutes per side.
  9. Enjoy!!
