  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • pinch of crushed red pepper
  • 3 to 4 cups spaghetti sauce homemade or high-quality jarred sauce
  • 2 cups shredded low-fat mozzarella cheese
