Soft and Fluffy Chocolate Chip Cookies

2 ½ cups flour

6 tablespoons cornstarch

1 tsp salt

1 tsp baking soda

2 sticks butter, cold

¾ cup sugar

¾ cup brown sugar, packed

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla

3 cups chocolate chips

In a small bowl combine the dry ingredients. In a large bowl grate the butter, add the sugars and cream together. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients followed by the chocolate chips. Stir until incorporated. Using a cookie scoop drop onto a cookie sheet. Bake at 475 degrees 5 minutes.
