Jiggly Cheesecake
Ingredients
130 mL of milk
100 g of butter
200 g cream cheese
13 egg whites
Six egg yolks
60 g flour
60 g cornstarch
1 1/3 cups sugar
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
Handful of raisins
1 teaspoon vanilla

1. Line baking pan with parchment paper
2. Milk milk, butter, and cream cheese together over medium heat
3. Separate the eggs
4.Mix cream cheese mixture into egg yolks
5. Mix in flour and cornstarch, sifting both
6. Whisk egg whites with cream of tartare until stiff peaks form, gradually adding sugar and vanilla as the egg whites are whisked
7. Fold in egg whites to cream cheese mixture
8. Put raisins on bottom of pan
9. Pour mixture into pan
10. Place pan inside a larger pan and fill the outer pan with water (after putting smaller pan in to the bigger pan)
11. Put pans in oven for 25 minutes at 320°F or for 55 minutes at 280°F
