General Tso's Chicken with Fried Rice [Recipe]
Ingredients

  • 1¼ cup chicken broth
  • 2 tsp grated ginger
  • 3 cloves garlic grated

  • 2 lbs chicken thighs cut into bite-size pieces ((1000 grams or 35 oz))
