Apple Glazed Tenderloin Delight

Ingredients
  • 2 (1-pound) pork tenderloins
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 1 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp. ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp. ground nutmeg
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 cups apples; cored and chopped
Steps
  1. In а small bowl, mix together brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg.  Rub the tenderloins with the cinnamon mixture evenly.
  2. In your Instant Pot; mix together the broth and honey and top with the pork tenderloins and apple pieces.
  3. Secure the lid and place the pressure valve to *Seal Position*.  Select *Manual* and cook under *High Pressure* for about 10 minutes.  Select the *Cancel* and carefully do а *Quick Release*.
  4. Remove the lid and transfer the tenderloins onto а cutting board. Cut tenderloins into medallions.
  5. Serve immediately with the topping of apple mixture.
