Chocolate Mint Cheesecake in an Instant Pot®
Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • subheading: For the filling:
  • 2- 8 ounce packages of cream cheese
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon mint extract
  • ½ cup bittersweet chocolate chips or mini-chips
  • 1 cup water (for the bottom of the  Instant Pot®)
