Honey Lime Chicken Tacos (Gluten-Free)
Ingredients

  • Juice of 2 limes (about 4 Tbsp. fresh lime juice)

  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil or avocado oil
  • 1 clove garlic, finely minced
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon chili powder
  • Optional: 2 to 4 Tablespoons minced fresh cilantro
  • Additional oil, for the pan or grill.
