Ingredients
  • 500g beef mince
  • 1 c breadcrumbs
  • 1 medium egg
  • 1 tablespoon BBQ sauce
  • ¼ grated Parmesan
  • 1 beef stock cube crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • ½ tablespoon dried chopped chives
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Steps
  1. 1) measure ingredients and put in large bowl. Mix together thoroughly.
  2. 2) Grab a handful of mixture and place around a kebab stick. Place on lined baking tray.
  3. 3) bake at 200 degrees Celsius until golden brown. Times will depend on oven.
  4. 4) remove from oven and serve with rice and a green salad
Notes
  • Soak kebab sticks in water for a few minutes to help prevent burning while cooking. Also cover stick ends in alfoil to prevent burning.
  • Variations: can swap with different meats such as lamb, pork or chicken mince.
  • Add finely grated vegetables to the mix for extra nutrients.
