Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk (235 ml)
  • 1 ½ tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon ume plum vinegar
  • ¼ cup finely chopped fresh chives, divided (10 g)
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled and left whole
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper (about 5 turns)
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
