Kielbasa Casserole

Born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana (known for some of the best food in the world) I have a mixture of personal recipes as well as some favorites I've found along the way.

This kielbasa casserole is full of flavor. From the perfectly cooked potatoes to the savory kielbasa sausage and cheesy cream sauce, every part is delicious. Along with that, making this kielbasa sausage and potato casserole is a breeze!

3 cups peeled, cubed potatoes

1lb. kielbasa sausage, sliced

4 tbsp. butter

4 tbsp. flour

2 cups heavy cream

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
