Panko-Crusted Smoked Cod
Ingredients
  • 24 oz black cod fillets, skinless
  • ½ cup Panko bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp chopped cilantro (optional)

  • ¼ cup lemon juice, freshly squeezed from 2 medium lemons
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp kosher salt
  • 1 tbsp chili garlic sauce
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • ⅛ tsp freshly ground pepper
