Pasta E Piselli
Ingredients
  • 3 tbl. olive oil
  • 3 to 4 cloves of garlic chopped or sliced
  • 1 to 2  onions-sliced thin
  • 1 to 14 0z can of fire roasted  (optional)diced italian tomatoes or any other diced tomato
  • 1 tbl chopped parsley
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • 1 box or small bag of frozen peas,or two cans of LeSueur peas undrained , salt , pepper, and garlic powder to taste.
  • Lg can of chicken stock or 2 to 4 cups of water(depending on how soupy you want it)
  • ½ lb of pasta of choice…I usually use small shells or ditalini
