Homemade Sweet Barbecue Sauce
Smoky, tangy, with a hint of spice this barbecue sauce is great for grilling or dipping! We love this on top of chicken or hamburgers and best of all it’s husband approved!

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Organic Tomato Sauce, I use Kirkland Brand
  • ⅓ cup Raw Organic Honey
  • ¼ cup Organic Red Wine Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Organic Tomato Paste, I use Kirkland Brand
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Aminos
  • ¾ tsp Natural Liquid Smoke
  • ½ tsp Sea Salt
  • ½ tsp Paprika
  • ½ tsp Chili Powder
  • ½ tsp Dijon Mustard
  • ¼ tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • ¼ tsp Minced Garlic
  • ¼ tsp Onion Powder
  • ¼ tsp All Spice
  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper
Steps
  1. 1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat, whisk.
  2. 2. Bring to a boil and then reduce to a simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened and reduced by half.
Notes
  • Note: Store in the refrigerator. You can double or triple this recipe and store in the freezer for later use!
