  • 8 oz (225 gr) fresh blueberries

  • ¾ cup (175 ml) whole milk
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) heavy cream
  • ⅓ cup (65 gr) granulated sugar
  • 3 large egg yolks
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla
