Ingredients
  • 3¾ cups oatmeal
  • 2 cups FF yogurt
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 to 3 beaten eggs
  •  
  • Optional: vanilla, apple sauce, syrup, golden monk fruit, cinnamon, apples, bananas, or blueberries
Steps
  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Push into loaf pan.
  3. Bake at 365° for 40 minutes.
Notes
  • Needs more salt
  • Added tbs vanilla syrup
  • Idea to try: Blend in blender before baking
