- Filtered (bottled water)
Steps
- DAY ONE: Soak Wheat Berries overnight
- DAY TWO: Drain & rinse berries & tip covered sprouting jar overnight to sprout
- DAY THREE: Drain & rinse berries & tip covered sprouting jar overnight to sprout
- DAY FOUR: Drain & fill with water, cover jar with paper kitchen towel & let sit overnight
- DAY FIVE: Store water from berries into BOTTLE 1; Refill berry jar with water, cover jar with paper kitchen towel & let sit overnight
- DAY SIX: Store water from berries into BOTTLE 2; Refill berry jar with water, cover jar with paper kitchen towel & let sit overnight
- DAY SEVEN: Store water from berries into BOTTLE 3; Refill berry jar with water, cover jar with paper kitchen towel & let sit overnight
- DAY EIGHT: Store water from berries into BOTTLE 4; Refill berry jar with water, cover jar with paper kitchen towel & let sit overnight
