Fermented Wheat Berry for use in V-cheese making

Ingredients
  • ¼ cup Wheat Berries
  • Filtered (bottled water)
Steps
  1. DAY ONE: Soak Wheat Berries overnight
  2. DAY TWO: Drain & rinse berries & tip covered sprouting jar overnight to sprout
  3. DAY THREE: Drain & rinse berries & tip covered sprouting jar overnight to sprout
  4. DAY FOUR: Drain & fill with water, cover jar with paper kitchen towel & let sit overnight
  5. DAY FIVE: Store water from berries into BOTTLE 1; Refill berry jar with water, cover jar with paper kitchen towel & let sit overnight
  6. DAY SIX: Store water from berries into BOTTLE 2; Refill berry jar with water, cover jar with paper kitchen towel & let sit overnight
  7. DAY SEVEN: Store water from berries into BOTTLE 3; Refill berry jar with water, cover jar with paper kitchen towel & let sit overnight
  8. DAY EIGHT: Store water from berries into BOTTLE 4; Refill berry jar with water, cover jar with paper kitchen towel & let sit overnight
