No Bake Double Chocolate Protein Bites
Ingredients
  • ½ cup protein powder (chocolate or vanilla)
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 5 large medjool dates
  • ⅓ cup runny peanut butter
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • subheading: for the chocolate coating, you’ll need:
  • ¾ cup melted chocolate (to keep low sugar you can use unsweented)
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
