Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (0 carbs)
  • 12 to 15 Shrimp, peeled (1 to 2 grams carbs)
  • 1 tablespoon capers (0.4 grams carbs)
  • 1 tablespoon sun dried tomatoes, sliced (5 grams carbs)
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder (0 carbs)
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano (0 carbs)
  • ½ teaspoon dried cilantro (0 carbs)
  • ⅛ teaspoon red pepper flakes, more to taste (0 carbs)
  • 2 teaspoon lime juice 1 gram carbs)
  • salt to taste

  • subheading: For Caribbean flavor:
  • Add 1 tablespoon Jamaican Jerk spice blend
Steps
  1. Heat oil in saute pan. Add all ingredients except salt. Saute until fragrant and heated through, about 7 to 10 minutes. Add lime juice and salt to taste and cook another minute.
Notes
  • To double this, don't just double everything (unless you want to). Up everything by ½. For example, up capers to 1½ tablespoon, tomatoes to 1½ tablespoon, etc.
