Instant Pot Pork Riblets
Melt in your mouth pork riblets, in the IP.

Servings: 2 to 4, depending on size and quantity of riblets.

Ingredients
  • 4 to 6 Riblets
  • ⅔ cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 tsp. each: Salt, Paprika, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Black Pepper and ground Cumin
  • 1 cup Beef, Chicken or Vegetable Broth
  • 2 tsp. Liquid Smoke
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
Steps
  1. In small bowl, combine brown sugar and all spices, mixing well. Spread on riblets and rub into meat. Add broth and liquid smoke to IP, insert trivet and arrange riblets.
  2. Lock lid and set valve to sealing. Cook on manual, high pressure, for 25 minutes. NPR 20 minutes.
  3. Place riblets on baking sheet, brush with BBQ sauce and place under broiler for 5 to 10 minutes, until sauce carmelizes.
Notes
  • For teriyaki, omit paprika, cumin and liquid smoke. Add 1 tsp. ground ginger to rub ingredients. Use Yoshida's teriyaki sauce in place of BBQ sauce.
