  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha or other hot sauce
  • 2 teaspoons white wine vinegar (10 ml)
  • 5 tablespoons water (75 ml)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (30 ml) (optional)
