  • 2 tbsp ginger, minced
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • ¾ tsp red pepper flakes
  • ¾ cup green onions, sliced (divided)
  • ¼ cup water
  • 8 oz baby spinach
